Springtime decadence. That's how I would describe this cake. Layers of rich and moist chocolate cake sandwiched with tart blackberry compote, fluffy vanilla buttercream, and topped off with a luxurious white chocolate matcha ganache. Sigh with me now. Le sigh!

Thin Mint Pie

This pie isn't for little girls. Grown-ups only. This is a grown person pie. A pie for grown persons to eat. There are no persons in it, because that would be gross, but there are amazing, delicious, glossy things that make this pie into a little heaven on Earth.

Paris is always a good idea. From the buttery croissants to the perfectly caramelized crème brûlée it was as much of a culinary adventure as it was a historical one. It's strange how certain tastes and smells can bring you right back to those memories! I will never forget my April in Paris.
